3.1 Account registration and subscriptions

When you create an account, we can process personal data such as:

  • Name, e-mail address, password
  • Payment details (via secure payment providers)
  • Order and transaction history

Purpose: To manage your account, deliver our services, and administer payments.

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligations).

3.2 Short-Term Stay Self Registry

A Greek tourist is legally required to provide personal data (such as their full name and National ID number or Tax ID) to a property renter to fulfill AADE Booking Declarations

Guest Information Requirements:

When renting a property in Greece (including private rentals, Airbnbs, or hotels), owners are mandated by law to register guest details. The specific basis and required information depend on your nationality:

For Greek citizens/residents: The renter needs your Full Name, Home Adreess and Taxpayer Identification Number (ΑΦΜ / AFM) or National ID Number.

For foreign nationals/tourists: The renter requires Full Name, Home Adreess, Taxpayer Identification Number and a valid Passport Number.

This collection is strictly for tax and safety purposes. We must report your stay dates and accommodation amount directly to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE). This prevents tax evasion and keeps short-term rentals legally compliant.

To achieve this goal and to make the process easier for our guests, we have developed a self-registration form that meets these requirements.

Purpose: Mandated by law to fulfill AADE Booking Declarations

Legal basis: Article 111 of Law 4446/2016 (as updated by Law 5073/2023 and Law 5170/2025).
